We offer two ‘signature’ workshops on the theme of high-performance thinking (‘Your Thinking is Your Superpower!’, plus ‘Your Thinking is Your Superpower, for Managers!’), plus a few other courses and programmes on related subjects, that we tailor to your needs and deliver for you in-house.
We also run open workshops periodically in the Southampton and Portsmouth areas. A list of dates for 2020 will be published here shortly.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Describe the ‘cause and effect’ pathway from thoughts to results
- Identify the thinking that’s empowering them, and manage the ‘Kryptonite’ that’s disempowering them
- Use effective thinking strategies when planning, reflecting, problem solving and innovating, to maximise results
- Embed the physical/mental/emotional/spiritual habits necessary for optimal wellbeing and performance
- Demonstrate use of the Sunshine Method for systematically transforming results.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to:

- Constructively coach others in thinking constructively and managing their Kryptonite
- Use effective thinking tools and strategies when planning, reflecting, problem solving and innovating, and encourage others to do the same
- Embed the physical/mental/emotional/spiritual habits necessary for their own optimal wellbeing and performance, and that of their teams
- Demonstrate the use of the Sunshine Method for systematically transforming results.
